                         Jim Crabtree, Director/Producing Director

Mr. Crabtree is in his 39th CCP season and his 30th season as Producing Director.  A graduate of the Yale School of Drama, he has taught at Yale, the University of the South, and served on the New American Works Panel for the Opera/Musical Theater Program of the National Endowment for the Arts.  Named the state's outstanding arts administrator via the Tennessee Arts Commission's 1989-90 Gordon Holl Award, Jim has served on the boards of the National Alliance for Musical Theater, The Southeastern Theater Conference, and The Homesteads Tower Association.

LAST WEEK:  Patricia Santilli, President, PCVS, Inc.

Pat Santilli

Pat Santilli shared with us how she works with her clients to develop and continuously improve sales, marketing strategies to increase market share and profitability.  She also reminded us that we are all in the business of selling ourselves, products, hope, etc.. She begins the process by asking two questions:

"Where is your business now?" and "Where do you want it to be within your planning horizon?"  The answers to these questions help her to work with the client to develop a "roadmap" of strategies, techniques, support systems and actions that should be taken to achieve the identified goals. Once again we learned that our most helpful programs come from within our club.   Thanks for sharing your skill set with us.
